Senior managers frequently feel as though Gen Z workers, who are in their 20s, are from another planet. Their managers believe they are unmotivated and uncommitted. They have low self-esteem and are not good at taking criticism. However, they stay silent and unresponsive when managers urge them to express their opinions. About the Facilitator | ||||
In her role as Curriculum & Instructional Manager for a global NGO, the facilitator, Christina Tang coached and delivered Train-the-Trainers workshop for instructors in delivering technical bootcamps for Gen Z students for over three years. She has insight of how Gen Z-ers think and behave in work situations. She also coaches Gen Z students on writing CVs and interviewing skills. Christina is a seasoned learning and development professional who designs and delivers in-house and public training workshops for over 30 years. She is a certified MBTI, English Business Communication instructor and Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner. |
