Engaging and Empowering Gen Z Employees (1 day)

Engaging and Empowering Gen Z Employees (1 day)

Public Workshops: Cantonese with English Workbook
In-house Workshops: 社內培訓可選用英語粵語授課

Introduction

Senior managers frequently feel as though Gen Z workers, who are in their 20s, are from another planet. Their managers believe they are unmotivated and uncommitted. They have low self-esteem and are not good at taking criticism. However, they stay silent and unresponsive when managers urge them to express their opinions.

Working with Gen Z team members is extremely difficult for managers, who must figure out how to engage with Gen Zers and capitalise on their talents so they can actively contribute to the team.

The objectives of this one-day workshop are to assist managers to:

  • better understand Gen Z team members' thinking, motivations, values, and interactions with others and their surroundings
