  2. Guest House fees are subjected to seasonal fluctuations. Please email us your preferred dates to get the correct rates
  3. Booking is only secured upon full payment of the total charge. Unpaid reservations will be released to the next person who pay first
  4. As required under the Japan Private Lodging Business Act, please email us a digital copy of your passport for record
  5. Cancellation Fee (based on the total charge)
    a. 10 - 5 days before arrival: 50% of total amount
    b. 4 - 2 days before arrival: 80% of total amount
    c. Without advance notification or less than 2 days before arrival: 100% of total amount
  6. Check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out time is 10:00am. Luggage storage is not available. Please keep the premises clean, tidy and quiet to avoid disturbing others
  7. Tenants are responsible for their own valuables or important items. WorldBridge Japan or WorldBridge Holding Limited is not responsible for any losses within the premises
  8. WorldBridge Japan reserves the right to make alterations regarding content, speaker or venue for the Instant Japanese© programs
  9. Personal data is used for registration administration only. Data is kept confidential and will not be sold or transferred to any third parties, except to WorldBridge Japan or WorldBridge Holding Limited. You could opt out or update via email
  10. Participants agree to indemnify and keep indemnified WorldBridge Japan or WorldBridge Holding Limited against any accident or injury suffered or damage or loss of any property sustained on the Premises by the participants, occupants, visitors or any persons
