About the Facilitator

Christina is a seasoned Learning & Organisation Development professional with 30 years’ experience.  In her role as in-house and external L&OD consultant, Christina has designed and delivered Performance Management, Coaching, Performance Measurements and Competency Development Workshops for many multi-national corporations, and government departments.  She helped set up a framework in assessing and developing key business and professional competencies for clients.  As a qualified Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and Herrmann Brain Dominance Indicator (HBDI) trainer and a Coach U Fast Track Core Essentials Programme Graduate, Christina also coached managers on building employee engagement and managing poor performance.
