What You Will Cover
  1. Managing the right thing
    • Experience sharing – my time value - discussion on mindset and how it correlates to your time management style and finally, the circle of people around you
    • Let it Go – be flexible, learn “SMART” ways to deal with tedious tasks and projects. Prepare backup plans, set priories and get help to speed up the decision-making process
    • “Eat the Frog” – complete the worst task first and start on other tasks at the same time
  2. Getting help and support
    • Divide and conquer – learn to use simple tools, techniques and get help from people
    • Be crystal clear before you deliver – get it right the first time to avoid unnecessary time spent to correct mistakes. Learn how to communicate with your boss and colleagues
    • Work first or people first – setting deadlines and expectations right. At the same time, build a trusting relationship with people to obtain help and reduce problems

About the Facilitator

Audrey Loh has successfully delivered over 100 interactive online training sessions since February 2020!   She qualifies as a sales and marketing professional with more than 15 years of experience in sales, marketing, accounting and customer service with multi-national companies in the Asia Pacific region. Prior to her present role, she was a marketing director in Motorola. Apart from her professional work, Audrey does management, marketing, customer service and sales skills training for large multi-national corporations in Hong Kong, China, Macau, Taiwan and South East Asia.
